BYD entered Saudi Arabia with strong product momentum but low localized brand familiarity, so we designed a full-funnel media system that balanced immediate demand capture with long-term brand lift. Paid search, social prospecting, and intent retargeting were planned as one operating model, not isolated channels, allowing message sequencing to feel coherent from first touch to dealer inquiry.

The most important factor was cultural timing. We adapted creative and bid strategy around Ramadan, prayer-time browsing patterns, and city-level consumption windows, then shifted audience weighting weekly based on engagement quality. Rather than forcing global templates into the market, we built Arabic-first narratives with localized value framing and creative variants tuned for platform behavior.

Operationally, we built a decision loop between media, creative, and analytics that refreshed high-performing variants every cycle. This let us reduce wasted impressions and increase conversion intent while preserving premium positioning. Cross-channel attribution was simplified into actionable rules for budget shifts, so response times stayed fast even during volatility.

The result was a sharp acceleration in both efficiency and scale: month-over-month growth hit 370%, and BYD's market entry moved from awareness phase to sustained pipeline generation far ahead of initial forecasts.
